Chuck Zepp grew up in the Glenelg area of Howard County. His strong work ethic and close community ties were learned at an early age when he worked on his family’s dairy farm in Glenelg. After high school, he married his high school sweetheart, Karen, and started a career in the excavation field where he owned and operated a successful excavation company for ten years until selling the company in 2001. Using the knowledge and experience he gained in the creation of thousands of lots in Howard, Carroll, Montgomery and Frederick Counties, he entered the field of real estate and joined his long time friend, Tim Feaga, at Heritage Realty and Land Development. Chuck’s vast knowledge and hands on experience of the construction process, from raw land to house completion, sets Chuck apart from most real estate agents. He has used his knowledge to help buyers find their dream homes, sellers get the most from their property, and land owners develop their property.
When Chuck is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is also very active with his Church and has taken several mission trips around the world.
