Jeremy Rutter, P.E., brings a unique combination of engineering, construction management and land development experience to Heritage. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a Master’s degree in construction management, and is a licensed professional engineer.
Jeremy was born and raised in Maryland and has a sincere interest in developing land while preserving the area’s cultural and geographical heritage.
Jeremy attended Carroll County grade schools before moving to Howard County and graduating from Glenelg High School in 1992. He received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Virginia Tech and spent 6 years working for a large, diversified construction company in Wisconsin. In 2004, Jeremy joined the Heritage team and currently lives in Mount Airy with his wife, Sheila, and their 2 children.
